ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Trium Founders Programme (TFP) is designed to develop future leaders of our ventures.
It is a 6-month intensive programme structured to provide participants with all the necessary tools to be successful digital entrepreneurs. We are looking for innovative Co-founders who can either be pivotal leaders in one of our established ventures or can take a minimum viable product (MVP) to market. This is a unique and exciting opportunity – we offer the energy and excitement of start-up life, the intellectual challenge and variety of consulting and the influence and opportunities of a large business ecosystem.
TFP Co-founders will seek to drive a venture or MVP to superstardom, candidates would be expected to learn across our various ventures, working with the pretotype/investment team to learn about the venture they will be leading and working directly with the senior stakeholders across our ecosystem.
The ideal TFP Co-founder will have

Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultancy, financial services, software engineering, or a startup environment, preferably. However, this is a guideline, and we welcome applications from individuals with varying levels of experience.

A passion for start-ups and disruption, with experience in or ambitions to build your own venture in the future.

An analytical mindset, with a passion for putting data first to solve important problems in nascent industries.

Experience leading teams on projects.

The ability to be a self-starter and adapt to multiple roles in a variety of high-pace environments.

Asides experienced co-founders, we are also looking for aspiring and innovative entrepreneurs seeking to develop a business idea with Trium providing venture building support services and investment support across all stages of growth.
This programme is an initial incubation period where we assess and test the business model/idea for 3-6 months.
Within the incubation period, we work with the entrepreneur and our finance team to incorporate and structure the new venture to be able to access the most appropriate funding partners alongside Trium, including potentially High Net Worth individuals, institutional venture capital and/or strategic investors.
As the business evolves, we offer structured support through our venture builder services, and our investment teams work collaboratively to assist your company in vital areas, including core functions, strategic guidance, and funding support. These services encompass:

- Leadership training

- Hosting and Engaging in community events.

- Create and design sustainable operating models for the business and clients, deliver solutions & services working with a range of teams, including sales, marketing, content, finance, and design.
- Develop digital businesses through market analysis, developing and testing hypotheses, creating MVPs, as well as go-to-market strategies .
- Apply problem-solving & creative-ideation skills to surface innovative & disruptive ideas, & intelligently sell to your critical stakeholders .
- Drive venture development projects independently by monitoring and controlling progress and reporting to funding stakeholders
Structure and scale ventures by developing the product according to key driver targets during commercialization. - Implement and improve agile processes, defining priorities, limits, risks, and costs .
- Demonstrate leadership across all phases of venture building. .
- Identify, establish, and build strong internal partnerships and revenue-generating external partnerships, while rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to achieve the goals.
- Take part in a variety of informal learning and networking events, which brings groups of people working in the same field together across our ventures, charities, and other external organizations.
